Hovden is one of the most snow-sure ski destinations in Norway. The resort’s advanced snow canon system makes extra sure that visitors experience a long and snow-filled winter season.

This season two new ski lifts and seven new slopes are being opened in a new and exciting area at the Hovden Alpine Centre. These will bring the overall length of our downhill slopes up to 23 km of varying levels of difficulty.

The resort is well organised and caters for all the family, young and old.
Tusseland is an area dedicated to the youngest age groups, with nursery slopes, children’s activities and its own ski lounge. In the Tigerklubben children’s club, children can join in on a range of fun activities, including the Tigerspranget children’s downhill race, held several times a week.
Children up to 6 years of age are given free lift cards if they wear helmets while they’re on the slopes!!
